1、jira问题中"原因分析"字段如何在创建问题时不显示，填写解决方案时为必须填写，
2、选择"原因分析"和"解决方案"为必填项，会出现在创建问题的页面，如何设置创建问题时为选填，解决问题时为必填

You can adjust the create screen in the screen scheme https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/manage-screen-schemes/ to hide a field.
