Hello, Good day. We should be able to add attachment from comments. Have tried the following steps

1. Try uploading attachment from comment through different web browser

2. Try from incognito window

3. Also if possible try from different ISP connection and check the status

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
