ロードマップ機能で３階層、4階層と表示することはできるのでしょうか？

となっていますが、それを

など３階層の表示で管理したいです

Based on the screen image you provided you are using the Basic Roadmap function. With that function you can display only the Epic and Child Assignment levels.

Your post is tagged to indicate you are using the Premium Plan. With that plan there is another function called Advanced Roadmaps. It is accessed through the "Plan" menu option. If you construct and Advanced Roadmap Plan, that is where you will find the Filter option.

元のカンバンやレポート、課題、開発等のメニューを表示することはできるのでしょうか？

複数人でやるプロジェクトはサポートされないということでしょうか？

プロジェクトを表示するときは、左側のパネルの下部に、ロードマップ、問題、およびレポートのオプションが表示されます。そのパネルの下部には、プロジェクトが「チーム管理」または「会社管理」のいずれかであるという記述があります。

When viewing the project, look at the bottom of the panel on the left where you see the options for Roadmap, Issues, and Reports. At the bottom of that panel will be a statement that the project is either "team-managed" or "company-managed".

Advanced Roadmaps is not currently supported for the types of projects that say "team-managed" at the bottom of that panel.
