カスタマイズしたステータスの課題を次Sprintに持ち越したくない

お世話になっております。NTTコミュニケーションズの原と申します。

我々のPJでは、課題のステータスとして「TO DO」「進行中」「DONE」の3つに加えて、「CANCEL」をカスタマイズで追加しております。
※「UNICONE（SFSN）」プロジェクトの「UNICONE Workflow_20220607」ワークフローにてステータス遷移を定義しています。

Sprintを完了した際、「TO DO」「進行中」の課題が自動的に次Sprintに引き継がれますが、この際「CANCEL」の課題も次Sprintに引き継がれてしまいます。

「CANCEL」の課題についても「DONE」のタスクと同様に次Sprintに引き継がれないような状態としたいのですが、どのような自動化設定を行えばよいでしょうか。

お忙しい中恐縮ですが、ご教示いただけますと幸いです。

Hi @Jiei Hara -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Jira's scrum boards consider issues "completed" when they are in the rightmost column of the board.  All other issues may be carried forward into the next sprint, or backlog.

I hypothesize your "Cancel" status is not mapped to that column and only "Done" is.

To solve this, please update your board mapping to have both "Cancel" and "Done" in the rightmost column.  When you do this, your team will need to pick the correct status when dragging issues into that column.

Hi @Bill Sheboy , thank you for your answer.

Following your advice, I moved "Cancel" to rightmost column.

When we finished our current sprint, we will confirm the canceled issues won't be automatically transferred to the next Sprint.
