but I don't see where can I donwload "Jira Configuration Tool"

Hi @Thanasarn_Auu_ ,

If your JIRA is on Linux - then execute the config.sh file. The file will usually be in your JIRA installation directory. 

cd /atlassian/jira/bin

./config.sh

I believe that you may need a java version 1.8 or higher.

If you are on windows then run the config.bat file in the same path.
