We can't find what's creating the tasks. We had a rule that created a task every month. Everything worked fine for about a year. A task was created every month. Last week, it started being created every hour. We decided to disable the rule and couldn't find it. We thought maybe I didn't have enough permissions, which is why I couldn't see the rule. I added myself to all the possible access groups, but I still can't see what's creating the tasks. The creator of the tasks is set to Atlassian Assist. Please help me figure this out.
Hello @yevgeniy_loginov_gdpartners_asia
Go to Jira settings → System → Automation
Open Audit log
Find one of the hourly-created tasks
Open the audit entry
It will show:
Rule name
Rule ID
Rule scope
Trigger (hourly / cron)
Even if the rule UI is gone, the audit entry cannot lie.
Thanks, I checked. There are only two entries for the test rule I set up to make sure I could see any rules in the list.
Meanwhile, tasks continue to be successfully created every hour.
