Отвяка проектов от портала (справочного центра)

Почему я как администратор организации не могу отвязать или привязать проект к порталу? На скриншоте видно что на второй организации у меня доступен данный функционал, а на первой я не могу ничего сделать, хотя я имею все права, как администратор организации

I'm not familiar with where these screens are. Please can you share how you got here?

Are both organizations on the same tier? What can happen is that if you have one product in Standard, for example, and in the other organization, it is Premium, that you don't have the same functionality. This is why I ask.

If they are the same tier and you have the same permission (as you confirm you do, of org admin), I would encourage you to open a support ticket for this - https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
