Hi Jira Community!
We’re excited to share that Jira’s List View (All work tab) is now even more powerful and flexible. With our latest update, you can group your work by a wider range of fields, across both business and software projects, making it easier to organize, visualize, and take action on your work items.
Whether you’re balancing workloads, planning releases, or surfacing blockers, these new “group by” options help you spot patterns, track progress, and customize your list view to focus on what matters most to your team.
You are now able to organize work items within groups for fields like:
Labels,
Reporter,
Work type,
Goals,
Versions,
Sprint,
Reporter and
Custom select fields
1️⃣ Quickly understand the distribution of work by grouping by status or assignee.
2️⃣ Simplify planning by grouping by goals, work types, sprints, or release versions.
3️⃣ Review and organize work by labels and single select custom fields to understand the categorization of work.
