Announcing new permission for Version management(Releases) in Jira Cloud

Hello @Vlad Kolotoff 

There have been a few Questions in the Forums about the Driver selection list in Versions still being limited to only the users who have the Administer Project permission.

Is there a documented issue that you can share regarding including users that have just the Manage Versions permission to be selected as Drivers in Versions?

Or is it intentional that only users who have Administer Projects may be Version Drivers?

I have just now submitted a support case on what I mentioned above. And here is a link to the last Community Forum post I saw that alerted me to this scenario.

Thank you, but in order to set someone as a Driver of a Release, the Administer Projects permission is required. Could you please address this issue too?
