So i have the Problem that i made some Automations with sending E-Mails and now the Client asked if it is Possible he also gets a push notification.
So is there any way to use both without the 12 standard Notifications you can enable or disable?
@Lukas Hametner Out of the box there is no automation action to implement push notifications (of any kind).
But, the question is what kind of push notification you are looking for? Browser based? If so, what browser family? A mobile OS based? If so, what OS? Desktop OS? If so, which one?
If you defined your requirements better, you should search if there is a web based API that could help implement it. If you found one, then you can use the "Send web request" automation action to connect to that API. It is a universal OOB action that fits many use cases.
I want push notifications on the Phone in the Jira App.
But as i know you only get them if you activate the notifications on every board. But i only want it to be for 1 Person in the Team. And if i know correctly if you aktivate those notification on the Board (for example An Issue is created) you always get those automated e mail and we don´t want them.
I hope you can understand my Problem

Hello, Good day. Could you please elaborate on what you mean by push notification? Does the client need an email every 12 hours?

I think he's looking for the same notification he can configure now for email but sent via the Jira Mobile app, similar to how with the default system notifications one can receive both an email and push notification either in the browser or mobile app. I came across this post as I'm looking for the same thing. In my scenario no one is asking, I'm looking more as a potential enhancement.
