What settings do I need to make in Jira Work Management to automatically create a ticket from an email in the inbox of a specific email inbox? Currently I have filled in all the required fields, but it still does not work (see attachment).

Please check the article Create issues and comments from email
In the uploaded image, please update the Incoming Mail Server to the Outlook 365 account, as any issues directed to that account may affect the desired project.
