XRay - HP QC/ALM Importer (Cloud)

Hi,

I note from

that there is an import capability for HP QC/ALM (manual tests).

The article states that it is a Jira Administrator function.

I am not an Admin, and so I cannot see this.  My organisation provides Import functionality per project to a limited (1 or 2) number of users.

This has been granted to me, and I can select Test Case Importer from within Xray, however, I am only presented with CSV and JSON.

NB I am an Administrator of two projects, one Team and the other Company Managed.  My interest is currently in Team Managed.

Can someone tell me if it is possible to expose HP QC/ALM Importer within Xray Test Case Importer so that a non-Jira Admin (project admin with import permission) can perform this task?
