Why am I unable to access project settings?

I have been setup with project admin permissions for two projects; one using the software development type and another using the project (work management) type. I can access the project settings on the software development project but not the project settings on the work management type. The site admin who created my projects is unable to determine why it is not working for the work management type project.

Hi @kaw ,

Can you please ask your site admin to re-confirm if you are really added to project admin role or not.

Admin can go to https://<BASEURL>.atlassian.net/plugins/servlet/project-config/<PROJECTKKEY>/people

Thanks. My site admin has managed to solve the problem; appears to have been the way the project admin permissions were setup.
