This will be used by the accounting department for my company. The goal is to have a detailed project inside Jira where each member of the accounting team can see what they need to get done and when they need to get it done. I would also want everyone within the project to see when tasks are completed.
If you're be able to create projects of this type, i would recommend you to use 'Jira Work Management' project. With this Project Type you have different ways to see your project issue and details. You have this options at the same time: Board, List, Calendar (With tasks applied into the dates. use 'Start date' and 'Due date' fields to plan and see the work).

But if you are not available to use Jira Work Management, you can use a Jira Software project with a Kanban Board and customize the board and card layout to display Start date and Due date and give you visibility into estimated start and end of your work
