We are actually reviewing how Jira entirely in order to make some cleaning and try to follow best practices approach in terms of workflow and scheme.
Based on that I have a question relative to default Jira system workflows.
What is the best practice of using them ?
1 - should they be applied only for unassigned issue type and then create a copy of that system workflow to be use instead of system ?
2 - Actually we are naming our workflow my prefix which is the project code and we try to do the same with workflow scheme.
Does a project could be linked to scheme from an other project or is it better to have scheme beeing linked to its own project to avoid complex maintenance ?
