So we have a Confluence and a JIRA. No problem with Confluence, but 2 members if the group cannot access to, the JIRA.

When they try, the page loads, saying 'something went wrong", then the page refresh endlessly every 2 seconds.

Any idea?

Hi @Luco

I am going by the fact that only 2 members of your group are having issues. I see the same thing at my shop where all can get to Confluence but a subset of users can't get to Jira (Jira Service Desk is actually a bit worse). In these cases, it is almost always a case where a Chrome update is applied but not activated with a restart. As soon as they do that, it works fine. You can have them do a largely non-invasive restart with chrome://restart in the address bar.

A quick check would be to see if they can connect with an incognito window and, if so, can be the issue. In extreme cases, it may take a cache clear to solve as well.

At least a place to look. I find that engineers especially are bad at not applying browser updates or restarting browsers routinely.
