Hello, I find the way to activate resolution field on our issues. It's perfectly working. Now I just have to correct all the issues that we put in status 'Done' before. (almost 2000 issues) :
- a status = done and
- resolution = unresolved and
- resolution date = empty
How can i do in bulk change ? automation rule ?
I would like that resolution date = update date (to have the real resolution date) ?
How can i do ? Thank you for your help.
