When a user sends an email to helpdesk@blakcthornrx.com, it will create an issue by the mail handler.
1. It also uploads a company's logo or email signature image file. Is it possible not to import them to the ticket?
2. Currently, the reporter is the mail handler catcher when the issue is created by the mail handler. How to make the email sender as a reporter instead of the mail handler catcher?
