Tempo - no longer able to enter time, getting red circle with red line through it

Hello, I was submitting time with no issues and then all of a sudden I no longer have the ability to click and add time through "Log All Activities" or to add time with the + icon.

I'm now seeing a red circle with a red line through it when I hover over each intended option, which was not the case before my last submission. 

Is there a setting I triggered or what needs to be enabled for the CTA to allow to enter time?

Figured it out. The submission setting needs to be set weekly and not monthly for someone to submit and continue entering time.
