Telegram Integration for Jira - How can I create the list of users (participants) for Chat?

Can you help me with the question - How can I create the list of users (participants) of the chat. Now this list is empty and I cann't create the chat for important people.

And I cann't understand how I can add all members of my team to this list to have the opportunity of adding them to the chats in the future

I use the Jira Cloud, Telegram Integration for Jira - trial version.

For each used Addon / Application, Vendor has Documentation available - you can always easily find them directly on https://marketplace.atlassian.com/ e.g. https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1221837/telegram-integration-plus?hosting=cloud&tab=overview

This way you will always be sure that you will be able to find the necessary information. 

Since there are several Telegram add-ons for the Cloud, I need to know exactly what it is - to look at the setup manual.
