Sound Alert or page blinking on receiving new ticket

This question is regarding JIRA v6.4.3 that I am currently using. 

Is there a sound alert or page blinking option available when a new Jira ticket is landed in Jira inbox.  For example I use personalized dashboard which has virtual user as inbox.  When a new ticket is auto assigned to such inbox I would prefer a sound alert or the page blinking.
