Hi,
I am working on a third party app which is supposed to connect onto our organization's Jira cloud usins OAuth 3.0; technically, it works fine, but i am the only person in the organization to see this app definition on URL https://developer.atlassian.com/apps/[{PPID}/details.
Is it possible to share access to app definition?
Many thanks in advance for your help.
Grégoire
Hello @Grégoire Ternon ,
This question has already been answered in the Developers Community:
Couple of things that can help you take this forward:
- You are right. Since 3LO is still in beta, to be able to test your app with multiple users, you still need to raise a ticket to enable public distribution of your app. Here is where you can raise the ticket.
- At this time, 3LO-based integrations are not being accepted into the Atlassian Marketplace. If your app has been accepted into the beta, you can distribute/syndicate your integration by sharing your authorisation URL with your user base, or within your own documentation.
Please review above thread for details, as well as the below request in the Developers Service Desk:
Finally, for the future, please notice that this is not the best place to get help on development related questions.

Hi,
Well my question was not about my app's publication (distribution) but on its administration: only the creator of this app is able to see app 's definition and so is able to modify it; for an app that is supposed to be created in a big organization, this make its maintenance more difficult.
I will precise my question in the convenient community.
Regards,
Grégoire

Sorry for the misunderstanding @Grégoire Ternon , I might indeed not be the best person to answer your question but I am sure you will have more luck on the Developers Community ;)
Have a nice weekend!

You are very welcome @Grégoire Ternon ! :)
Also, it would be good if you could paste the solution in here or the link to the thread on the developers community once done.
