Did you try the official documentation provided by ManageEngine?
Do you need anything else? What is your exact use case and are you looking at a way to interact with SDP from Jira or to interact with Jira from within SDP? I'm sure you can find resources for both ways. :)

As soon as you raise a request on JIRA, an SR should be created on SD.
