Scrum Team Drop Down not populating

I have a project set up with Scrum team as required, but the drop down is not populating with the team values. Is this a configuration issue?

Hi @Jeremy Kapler ,

If you're referring to the Team field, this is added to Jira via Advanced Roadmaps (part of Jira premium)

Teams can be created within an Advanced Roadmaps plan (plan-only teams) and do not exist within Jira. To get values to populate, you will need to create a Shared Team in Advanced Roadmaps (and will need AR Admin permissions to do so)
