QuickStart Templates in Azure Gov Cloud

I want to deploy toe quickstart templates for Jira and BitBucket in my Azure gov cloud instance. It doesn't seem like they are available in the marketplace though. Any recommendations?

Hello and thanks for the reply. However, I am using the Azure government cloud space and when I try to search for Atlassian or Jira or Bitbucket, there are no results returned. Does this mean that these templates are only available in the commercial environment and not for government cloud yet?
