Hello, I'm looking for a Jira consultant to help configure a software project.
Help is needed with configuring email notifications (and ensuring that email replies are correctly added to the issue as a comment). Should only be a couple of days work.
Hi @Paul Kingtiger , welcome to the community. Is there something unique going on that requires hiring someone? Do you have a trained admin that could do this? Email replies to Jira generated notification emails should be added as comments by default. Is this not what you are experiencing? Basically if you have the issue key in the subject a comment should be added to the same. The Community can generally get you going on many fronts. If you still need/want assistance you might try the partner portal .
