Jira for Mobile App shows desktop web interface, not the Mobile app interface

I need help with setting up Jira for Mobile. Currently I followed steps from documentation and it shows web interface style instead of native app layout.

And do you really have the Jira app downloaded on your mobile? Aren't you accessing your Jira instance via a web interface - a browser?

Did you follow this part of the documentation - Jira Server mobile app?
