JIRA Structure

I have created JIRA Structure for a project. few epics i did create for under the structure. 

Question: We have teams who have their own kanban boards. I have linked their features to my epics. why i am not able to see them link in the structure?

Only when you click on the epic, you will see what it contains and what is contained in.

By chance, are you talking about the marketplace app Structure - Flexible Jira Project Management?

If you are, I believe you will need to use an Extend Generator for the link you used to connect the issues from the Kanban boards to the Epics.
