I live in Los Angeles and bought a used MacBook Pro in 2017. 2-3 months ago I tried to downgrade my operating system from Catalina to Mojave. It caused my system asking for your company to remotely control my laptop. I deleted my hard drive and tried to reinstall but the system doesn’t let me move forward with the installation as it is asking for username and password from your company. Would you please help resolve this issue?
I suspect you have posted here in error. This Community is here to talk about Atlassian stuff. There are people here from tens of thousands of different companies, and you have not said what the company is named by the computer.
My guess is that you've tried the website of that company, and they happen to use an Atlassian system as part of it, and you've clicked on "help with Atlassian stuff" instead of "help with this company"
