Is there a way to copy SQL from Jira on safari to Snowflake without pulling over line numbers?

We use Jira to manage our reporting requests for our teams. When we complete a report, we post the SQL code in the comments section of each ticket. If I want to review and run the SQL code that was used, I copy the code from Jira on safari and paste into Snowflake. When I do this, it copies the line numbers as well. I have to go and and mass delete the first few columns of code to make sure it will run.

I have verified that I am only copying the SQL code within the SQL block, not additional characters from the Jira ticket.

I have also isolated this to Safari. Other colleagues using Chrome don't experience this problem. Is it possible to still use safari and Jira without experiencing this problem?

Thanks for any help!!
