Hello-
Whenever I open a ticket I am automatically presented with the original description. I always have to click on the body of the ticket to see the latest version.
Is there a way to automatically see the latest version?

This is not how Jira works, natively. It shows you the current data and puts all the changes into the history.
Could you show us how it is not serving the current content for you?
Hi Nic- Thank you for your quick response. I just figured out that this occurs if the ticket has not been saved (i.e., the edits are stored in the browsers cache).
