Is advanced roadmap plugin available for install for Standard Jira Plan

I am trying to install add on to be able to create an initiatice level above the epic in the issue type hierarchy but no success. I tried to search in the martketplace for advanced roadmaps as suggested in this article but it doesn't show at all. Installing Advanced Roadmaps | Atlassian Support | Atlassian Documentation

I need a solution to use advanced roadmap without having to upgrade to premium as it's too expensive

Advanced Roadmaps is part of the premium subscription, it cannot be installed as an app.

You might want to look through the marketplace for cheaper apps (I'm rather fond of Big Picture for doing reports like AR does, and Structure for giving you many layers of issue types over Epic/Issue/Sub-task)
