I am interested in a method where I can include a personalised email signature when responding to customer tickets. Is this possible with the Jira platform?
Not sure if this is a feature that has been implemented, if not, it will be a convivence to us users if the developers of Jira software implement this feature.

Unfortunately, at the moment Atlassian does not offer this functionality out of the box.
By doing a quick research I found that we have one feature requesting for this feature:
Also, apparently it is possible to set a template signature for all the agents, but not for individual ones, as per the post below:
