Good morning,
I've got a problem with selecting an existing user in the box next to the radio button "Single user" in adding the user to the notification. When I start typing in the name a user pops up, but when I click it, it doesn't fill in the box.
When I'm trying to add the notification, an error pops up:
Adding other options works well. Any ideas?
Hi Roman - did you try typing the entire name? Or using the username instead like roman.zigo?
Hello John, thanks for your reply, but - yes, I did try everything. Wondering if it's not a problem of my Chrome browser or something.

I would go ahead and put in a support ticket with Atlassian here:

Do you mind coming back here after you have and answer/fix and updating this thread?

Yeah, that's exactly what I did today :) since I've found the issue also on other place with a single user field (Reports - User Workload Report).
Anyway, sure, I'll comment back here when I got the answer or solution.

The bug in notification schemes is fixed now. (Thanks Atlassian!) Apparently there is another bug issue opened for the User workload report - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-74229
So that's about it.
Thanks for support John, wish you a good day and be well in these complicated times!
