I get wrong number format in excel export

When I try to export data that would contain numbers from original estimate, time spent and story point fields I get some strange numbers instead of the ones that should be there.

Is this a bug to report or it has something to do with some setup?

UPDATE

By looking at numbers I have figured out at least that what they all have in common is a number "3600" for some reason. So if I divide the number I get with 3600 I will get the right times that I need. Not a solution but still an easy way to get around until we figure out why this happens

Those values are seconds, not hours! Therefore "1 hour" is exported as "3600" (seconds). It is known behavior, although criticized by many.

You can use the Better Excel Exporter app as an alternative, which exports these values as hours and give similar intuitive formatting for other fields, too:

(Discl. it is a paid and supported app developed by our team.)
