I am looking for add-on for implement the focus matrix.

That looks like the matrix in the photo here.

and when I click on the part of "Do", I will see all the tickets I should do..

I saw the "Priority Matrix for Jira Cloud" add-on, but I didnt see the option to see the content for each square

Hi Noa,

Welcome to community.

I wouldn't generally recommend hyper focused applications that only do one thing. The reason is the more apps in the instance the more impact they will have on users. 

For something like this my general suggestion would to be look at a more agnostic tool like Miro and configure the boards to do this in Miro and use the Miro integration to sync data between Jira and Miro. And the Miro app on Jira to see it in Jira

I'm a big fan of using tools like Miro (or whiteboards and paper) for this type of conversation prior to putting ideas into a tool like Jira.

If you already have your items in Jira, have you tried using the features of Atlassian's Jira Product Discovery (JPD) yet?  There is a matrix view which looks and works like you show, including drag-and-drop capability.  Please look here to learn more:

Please note: I do not work for Atlassian or any marketplace vendor.  I have used both Miro and JPD successfully for the prioritization type of work you describe, since the time both products were introduced.
