How to have a public board for open source project?

I have an opensource project hosted on github.com and I was looking at options for a public Kanban board.

Does JIRA provide a way to have a free publicly accessible board?

If yes, what are the steps for it?

You can try trello boards:

Jira can not be for free.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

I was considering Trello, but it does not support managing sub-tasks like JIRA does.
