How to enable view ticket to DW user?

In our company users send tickets to help@ mail with many other user (CC) We want give CC users access to current ticket not for all ticket.

Hi @Piotr Borowiec and welcome to the community!

Do all the CC users, have product access? I can see that you have the free plan. Is that correct, or not?

Yes, we have free plan. I add only 3 users to client team, others team members must see only CC tickets.

Take a look at the documentation about permissions in the Free plan

https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/permissions-and-issue-level-security-in-free-plans/

You will not be able to restrict project's permission or to set an issue-level security. You have to upgrade to standard plan first.
