In our company users send tickets to help@ mail with many other user (CC) We want give CC users access to current ticket not for all ticket.

Do all the CC users, have product access? I can see that you have the free plan. Is that correct, or not?
Yes, we have free plan. I add only 3 users to client team, others team members must see only CC tickets.
