How to configure issue limits for consolidate feedback.

Request for new tickets after 3 iteraitions. Validation message saying

a. you have 2 iterations left so request to have consolidated feedback after 1st iteration.

b. you have 1 iteration left so request to have consolidate feedback after 1st iteration

c. you have 0 iteration left so plan to raise new ticket. hope all changes are consolidated and raised here.

If I have subtask but this subtask can be editable at 3 times only after that the validation message saying raise a new request.

What do you mean by edited? Editing an issue in Jira can consist of a transition a comment updating a field etc. Are you saying that if an issue is updated in any way three times that you automatically want to create a new issue? I think I may have this wrong because that really doesn’t make any sense. Maybe you could describe in detail your use case
