Hello,
Our Company is moving under a different domain, and we would like to change the email addresses of our users.
The accounts are managed accounts, and I am an administrator, but somehow, I cannot change the email addresses.
As I browsed through the forums found that it can be changed at the directory, but I cannot find the directory settings and it does not display at the admin.attlasian.com.
Any idea or guide on how to do so? Any help is appreciated.
Thank you!

Are you sure that you verified your domain? When the domain of a user’s account isn’t verified, the user’s account is unmanaged. In that case, only the user can edit their own account details.

Hi Brant,
When I try to change my account, I can't. It says email address I set by your admin.
We have 3 different email addresses 123@first.com 243@second.com and 324@third.com because of different changes in our company.
When it comes 324@third.com that is our current domain I can make changes to the email, but for the first and second, I can't, my account included.
What I want to achieve is make all the emails 324@third.com.
The account that I can change are the new invites that I sent to new employees with our current domain (324@third.com).
Also, none of the domains is verified.
How can i make the changes?

@Etjon Koti When the domain of a user’s account isn’t verified, the user’s account is unmanaged. In that case, only the user can edit their own account details. This is done in the user's profile. It sounds like the current domain is verified and the other two are no longer verified. If you are trying to update all the old emails to match the new email account I am not aware of a quick way to do that especially when it is not managed. I would suggest submitting a request to Atlassian support here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/

Thank you @Brant Schroeder , I raised a ticked to support as either other users can't make changes to their profile, don't know why.
