I have multiple "projects" for different subteams I manage. I want the same settings across each project, e.g. have a start and due task label on subtasks and tasks. It seems like the settings are not mirrored across projects, and I can't manually add "start" and "due" date on multiple types of subtasks and tasks.
I need to just have start and due date on all tasks across the board. How can i do this?
Hello @Maddie Garcia
Are you working with Team Managed projects, Company Managed projects, or both?
With Company Managed projects it is possible for the projects to share "schemes". Schemes are used to define various configuration aspects for a project; available issue types, workflows, fields, screens, permissions, etc. Only a Jira Administrator can modify these schemes or change a project to use a different scheme.
With Team Managed projects it is not possible to share project configurations. Team Managed projects were designed to be stand-alone. There is no way to share or copy the configuration of one Team Managed project to another Team Managed project.
