How do you set a epic link to a story in next-gen project?

I do not see any epic link as in class jira project.

Hi Poonam - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

No, Next-gen projects use a very different method of connecting to Epics (not the same as Classic projects). So you are not going to see that.
