How do I restore stories under an Epic Link being deleted

Hi, I accidentally removed an Epic but the stories are still accessible.

- Can I restore an Epic being removed?

- Can create another Epic and restore the stories to the new Epic?

I did not do an export to XML before the Epic was removed.

Has the Epic issue itself been deleted, or are the child issue just no longer associated with it?

If the Epic issue itself has been deleted, there is no "undo" option to get it back.

In that case you would need to create a new Epic and add the stories to the new Epic.

@Trudy Claspill Hi Trudy, yes you are right that Epic cannot be restored unless there is a backup XML. I managed to do this:

I created a new Epic and link all the stories under the new Epic link
