How do I import an excel file to Jira as issues in my project

I would like to import excel file (exported from MS Teams Plan) into Jira as issues. I am not sure how to do this in my Jira Sprint

You don't import into a sprint, you import into a project

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

Click on Issues, then on three dots at the right side of the screen and select Import issues from CSV.

hi I converted the file already to CSV file so not sure where to go from here
