How can we export user list with login and logout timings data

Are you referring to Jira Serve on premise or Jira Cloud?

I didn't get your answer Kurt klinner. Is there any option like Export  in user management tab.

I am not aware of any export options in the UI, please take a look to the security log mentioned above
