Error: Unable to SAVE stuff after editing.

Hallo,

I'm the Administrator of a Project in Jira Software and I have a problem, since yesterday we aren't able to save changes in this specific 2 cases:

1 case) After editing the Project Workflow and click on "Save and close" -> appears the modal "Save workflow for...", then I click on "Save" button. After the button loading I receive an error message that says "We couldn't save your changes".

2 case) If I edit the Status name, for example into the Board section, after press "Enter" or click on the Check Button, I receive the Error Message; "Something's gone wrong..."

I already tried to:
• refresh the page
• restart the browser
• do the same operations in different browsers
• ask to another team members, with different permissions to do these operations

But nothing helps so far.

Help me! :-(

In order to better understand the steps and scenarios to reproduce the errors you are facing, can you please provide us with screenshots from both cases you are facing together with a screenshot of your project workflow?

Additionally, can you reproduce the errors one more time and check what error messages are displayed in the Development Console of your browser?

While we wait for the information above to properly troubleshoot your issues, please try the following steps to work around both problems:

1. Navigate to settings > issues > Workflows
2. Create a copy of the workflow you are currently using
3. try to change it in the way you need and update your project with the created workflow under project settings > Workflows
