You can set up an email handler to create issues in a project based on emails sent to a specified email address. Refer to this document:

Note that the issue creation is very simple; the email title/summary/subject becomes the issue Summary, and the email content becomes the issue Description.
@ManuMR you can do this in a number of ways depending on what tools you have at your disposal. I presume you just have Jira to work with so I'll only speak to that right now.
Since you mention email in your request you can get add-ins for email clients that would allow for this. I use Outlook for work and this allows me to create a Jira ticket from any email. I know that these connectors exist for other clients as well including Gmail.
If you are using a team-managed or JWM or business-type project there is the ability to create a form to capture issues that you can send to your team via email.
