Recently, the last couple months, I'm getting bouncebacks from bounce@atlassian.net when attempting to reply to a ticket from Outlook. I am able to reply in Jira and everything works fine, including email notifications to myself. Is there a way to check whether my email is on a block list or similar?

You might consider adding the domains listed in the context to your address book and/or asking your network administrator to allow them. You can also use a tool such as https://toolbox.googleapps.com/apps/checkmx/ to make sure your domain is reachable. Additionally, you can add the domains and addresses listed in the context to an allowlist. If emails from Trello and Atlassian are still getting caught in SPAM filters, check the SPAM folder in your email inbox and ask your network administrator if the message might be blocked at the network level.

To be clear, this isn't Jira emails bouncing back - I (and my users) get notifications without any issue.

This is my replies to Jira emails being rejected by Jira.
