Creating ALM Requirements in Jira

We are new to Jira and are migrating from ALM to Jira. We would like a way to copy all our existing ALM Requirements into Jira. We need to know real-life actions to accomplish this. If using the Jira CSV Import how would we structure the CSV records. What are the import steps to place these in Jira.

We do have Confluence and Xray addins installed as well. I have used the Xray HP ALM Test Importer already.

We are looking for a good solution to import the ALM Requirements now.
