Hello,

I am looking for a way to create a gannt chart which shows all the tickets in high priority for all projects (not only one).

How can I do that?

Thank you.

Hi @Baptiste Clément  -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

When you note "gannt (sic) chart", what do you mean, and what problem are you trying to solve?

Best regards,
Bill

Hi @Bill Sheboy

Thank you for your feedback.

First, yes, Gantt not Gannt, typing errors happen.

Then, let me clarify my need: it is a table with columns corresponding to the workflow steps (backlog, todo, in progress, etc.). In each columns, I can find the JIRA issues ordered according to their worflow step.

By issues I mean all the issues from all my projects. I will sort the issues by projects.

And I want to filter only the issues with a priority set at "Highest".

Thank you.

Thank you for clarifying, @Baptiste Clément

You seem to be describing what Jira displays for a board, showing a filter of issues spanning multiple projects.  The main difference is you want that as a table, not as a board view.  Is that correct?

If a board would work, you could create/save a filter to select your highest priority issues and create a Kanban board for that filter.  I recommend treating that board as read-only, allowing the teams to move their issues on their source boards.

If that approach would not work for you, I do not believe there is a built-in table-view like that showing status as columns.  Your options would be to export the issues to view in a spreadsheet to re-organize the data, or to investigate marketplace addons which may provide this type of report.

Best regards,
Bill
